”Karenina & I” is opening Northern Character international film- & TV-festival in Murmansk

– The film has made the gap between the people smaller, both in their minds and in their hearts, says Gørild Mauseth, who is filled with pride and happiness that the crossborder film ”Karenina & I” is to open the international film- & TV-festival in Murmansk in November.

”Karenina & I” portrays Gørild Mauseth’s physical and emotional journey when she is preparing to play Tolstoy’s ”Anna Karenina” in Russia in the original language. It turns out to be a life-changing experience. The film is made together with Mauseth’s husband Tommaso Mottola and competes in the documentary category. Mottola says he is very happy to open the festival and screen the film in such an important place.

The film will be screened in Murmansk cinema on November, 23 at 18.30
